Meet The Chef

Sara is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. She worked at the Little Nell in Aspen, CO for a year, before bringing her talents to Sea Island, Georgia, where she worked in the Cloister Beach Club, and then was on the opening team for the five-star, five-diamond The Georgian Room. Traveling back to New York, she worked as an off-premise chef for Abigail Kirsch Catering. She currently works at a luxury boutique hotel in Midtown Manhattan. While not working, she enjoys live music, tending to her vegetable garden, and playing board games with her 5-year old.
